Principle

This reagent kit is based on the rapid molecular detection technology of ERA enzyme catalyzed recombination amplification independently developed by GenDx. A specific primer and probe are designed, and after isothermal amplification in a constant temperature nucleic acid amplification instrument, the probe and amplification product specifically bind to generate a fluorescence signal. The fluorescence signal generated is detected using a constant temperature nucleic acid amplification analyzer to achieve qualitative detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae at the nucleic acid level.
